RE (RETURN): This defines all Nepalese (Intellectual & Migrants) who went abroad for different purposes, lived abroad for minimum 1 year and returned back to Nepal. 3. N (NEPALESE): This defines all Nepalese who are based in Nepal and have not met the criteria of living abroad for minimum of 1 year. 4. N (FOR NEPAL) : This defines Foreign Nationals and/or Institutions, living/based in Nepal or outside of Nepal, associated or willing to get associated with Nepal, and contributing or willing to contribute to Nepal.
