Ltd. was established in 1995 in Semari, Bhairahawa, Nepal to produce Kraft Paper with an installed capacity of 7,500 MT annually, which was later upgraded to 30,000 MT annually in 2017. In the year 2008, a second line was established producing Writing and Printing Paper with an installed capacity of 7,500 MT annually. Currently the company produces various grades of Kraft, Writing and Printing Paper. The plant caters to the local Nepalese market and exports its product to India. The basic raw materials such as waste paper, wheat husk, rice husk and bagasse are sourced from local suppliers. The company takes its environmental responsibility seriously, thus primarily uses waste paper to manufacture its goods. The company has been instrumental in reducing the import of paper from foreign countries. The company takes pride in being the largest paper mill in the country.
